Following the events of the previous film [a], the Delhi government gifted Honey, Chucha, and Lali a store called "Janta Store". They run the shop with the help of the Pandits, but the shop is abandoned and the Fukuras are earning money through small jobs. Bori Punjaban wants to run for the Delhi Water Board and is backed by Dhingra, a corrupt businessman who makes money from the plight of the poor and also owns a water park. Bori cleans public toilets to attract the attention of the poor people, but Chocha's small act in the same place wins people's hearts. In one of the rallies, Mr. Bholi talked about eradicating the water mafia in Delhi and providing free water to the common people, while Mr. Dhingra wants to control the entire water supply in Delhi and for the same reason. I support Mr. Boli. Honey, Pandit, and Lali decide to run for election against Chucha, who has been attracting public attention for his antics.
However, Chucha confides his plan to Boli, but Boli decides to reverse the plan by sending Chucha and the Fuklas family, along with his two bodyguards Eddie and Bobby, to the diamond mines of Sinda in South Africa. Chucha is offered money to use Dejachu to find diamonds in the mines. Cinda's niece falls in love with Chucha in South Africa. After 10 days, Choocha is unable to obtain Deja Choo, whereupon Honey becomes aware of Boli's plan and decides to flee South Africa.
Chucha decides to have a deja-chu and dig where he found the diamond, but is caught by Cinda's niece. Chucha accidentally swallows the diamond and all four of them escape into a crowded amusement park. While spending the night there, Chucha and Honey receive a dangerous electric shock, causing all the water bodies to dry up. Pandit ji and Lali manage to revive him with water and Chucha urinates in a small bowl. Honey sweats a lot and Pandit cleans Honey in the same bowl. Lali throws the contents of the bowl into the hole. The pandit lights a cigarette and throws a match into the hole, the match burns and creates a small flame. The next morning they try to make the same mixture again, but it burns again. In other words, the hydrogen from Honey's sweat and the carbon from Chocha's urine that ingested the diamond create a fuel-like substance.

They return to India and Chucha participates in the elections again, this time promising cheap fuel to everyone. Although they have the support of the people, Bori is extremely disappointed. Bolli marries Chucha instead and sends her wedding photo to the Fuklas family. Immediately after that, Chucha is kidnapped. This water shortage causes a fight between Dhingra's men and the poor people, which results in Dhingra's men driving a truck and running over the poor students. The news becomes sensational and the Hukras family decides to take action against Dhingra. Eddie is also moved by the incident and decides to help the Fukulas, and Bobby promises to support them as well. They turn against Dhingra and Dhingra takes them all captive.

Honey and Pandit ji are still getting water and saving the dying Dhingra. Chucha wins an overwhelming victory in the election, but his marriage to Bholi is not recognized in Chucha's house.
The Bangalore Fuel Minister summons the Fukras family to Bangalore, but when they arrive, Chucha's urine and Honey's sweat cannot be turned into gasoline. Chucha hadn't littered since South Africa and was littering on the plane to Bangalore. Zafar, who is in Goa, discovers a diamond that fell from Fukras' plane during the elimination. The movie ends with Chucha being chased by Bholi and Pandit.
