Rehan travels to Kothi in Shimla to prepare a mansion in Glen Manor for sale for his father's real estate company. He learns that the property manager died of a heart attack two days ago because the house is haunted. At first he doesn't want to believe it, but he meets a rag picker who tells him that he is the only one who can stop this ghost. Over the next few nights, something mysterious happens at exactly 3am. Rehan saves himself from several deadly attacks, hears a woman's repeated screams, sees a girl singing while playing the piano, and disappears when he opens the door. The will written by Meera Sabharwal to her parents states that in 1936, when her parents left for Delhi for her brother's wedding, she left behind her nanny, Margaret, who was a servant and driver, to prepare for her upcoming marriage. However, Iyer's ghost appears before him and warns him to move out of her villa, and she forces him out. Rehan tries to enter again but hears screams, but Meera's ghost also appears before him and says Iyer will never allow her to be released from her captivity. Rehan, in tears, steps back and kneels in despair in front of the mansion where Meera's screams echo. When he woke up the next morning, he saw the rag picker chanting a spell right in front of him.
The spell takes Meera back to her 75 years ago on August 17, 1936, the day Meera's parents leave for Delhi. Rehan resists and takes Meera to the dargah. Meera worries about Rehan's safety, she tries to stay away from him without caring for herself, she claims that she is the cause of all the problems, but Rehan confesses his love for her. He convinces her to help him. The two share a kiss. Meanwhile, the priest who was praying for Meera is killed by a snake, which was probably the spirit of Iyer.
