Rehan travels to Kothi in Shimla to prepare a mansion in Glen Manor for sale for his father's real estate company. He learns that the property manager died of a heart attack two days ago because the house is haunted. At first he doesn't want to believe it, but he meets a rag picker who tells him that he is the only one who can stop this ghost. Over the next few nights, something mysterious happens at exactly 3am. Rehan saves himself from several deadly attacks, hears a woman's repeated screams, sees a girl singing while playing the piano, and disappears when he opens the door. A book falls from the bookshelf by itself and Rehan finds a letter inside.
The will written by Meera Sabharwal to her parents states that in 1936, when her parents left for Delhi for her brother's wedding, she left behind her nanny, Margaret, who was a servant and driver, to prepare for her upcoming marriage. It is written about when he was preparing for the exam in preparation for the ceremony. While she was away, her piano teacher Iyer attempted to rape her during her class. However, she saves her life by hitting him hard on the head with a candlestick, resulting in his death. Soon, police found Meera's personal belongings and explicit sketches drawn by Iyer at her home, confirming Meera's story.
However, Iyer, possessed by Meera, returns as an evil spirit and first kills her servant, then her driver, and finally Margaret, leaving her alone in her villa. Over the next six days, he repeatedly raped Meera, after which she committed suicide in despair. Rehan soon realizes that even after her death, her ghost is trapped in her mansion till date and she is being tortured by Iyer's ghost. After reading the letter, he feels sympathetic and brings in the psychic Mrs. Stevens to help, but the woman realizes how evil and attached Iyer's mind is and leaves, telling Rehan to do the same. She asks him to do something, but he ignores her warning and stays there. .
Iyer challenges her by repeating her own name (as it is believed that saying the name of an evil spirit makes her stronger). However, Iyer's ghost appears before him and warns him to move out of her villa, and she forces him out. Rehan tries to enter again but hears screams, but Meera's ghost also appears before him and says Iyer will never allow her to be released from her captivity. Rehan, in tears, steps back and kneels in despair in front of the mansion where Meera's screams echo. When he woke up the next morning, he saw the rag picker chanting a spell right in front of him.
The spell takes Meera back to her 75 years ago on August 17, 1936, the day Meera's parents leave for Delhi. Rehan shows Meera the way to the city and they become friends, and she describes herself as a newcomer lost in the city. To prevent Iyer's death, Rehan arrives at Glen Manor the next day with a basket full of chocolates for Meera as a gift to guide him the way to the city, seconds before Iyer carries out his intention. . Rehan is also interested in music and wants to listen to Meera's performance, but Iyer tells him to go home. Rehan insists on staying outside the door so that he does not interfere with her classes and can listen to her music (so that he can help Meera when Aiyar tries to attack her) . While Rehan was waiting outside the room,
Iyer unexpectedly hit him on the head with a stick and threw him on the lawn. He locks the door from inside and tries to attack Meera who gets scared. Wounded and bleeding, Rehan staggers towards the door. But before he can do anything, Meera kills Iyer as written in fate. Distraught, Rehan is taken to the hospital by Margaret and Meera, where he dreams of Iyer's ghost and learns that he is from the future, his true motives for being there, and that he I tell him that I won't allow him to succeed. The next morning, Rehan wakes up from his dream and rushes out of the hospital to save Meera's servant, who was supposed to be killed according to the letter. He is shocked to learn that his servant, along with Meera, Margaret, and the driver, are already dead. Wanting her to help, he explains everything to Meera and Margaret and asks them to meet at lunchtime the next day. The next day, the three visit the priest, who tells him that there is a dargah, a mosque far from the city, and that there is a Sufi Baba there who will help them. He tells them to start their journey at 3pm as the spirits are weakest and safe from Aiyar, but warns them around 3am as that is the time when all spirits are strongest. It was getting dark, so the three decided to stay at a hotel. At night, Iyer's ghost takes possession of Margaret's body through the phone and attempts to rape Meera again.
Rehan resists and takes Meera to the dargah. Meera worries about Rehan's safety, she tries to stay away from him without caring for herself, she claims that she is the cause of all the problems, but Rehan confesses his love for her. He convinces her to help him. The two share a kiss. Meanwhile, the priest who was praying for Meera is killed by a snake, which was probably the spirit of Iyer. Margaret is still possessed and is in the forest where Rehan and Meera walk towards the dargah. She follows and attacks them, but Rehan stabs her in the stomach with a sharp log. I think she's dead.
